Connie is the Vice President of Business Development at The ADS Group with over 20 years of experience in the optical media and packaging industries (yes she really is older than she looks). She has a strong background in sales and loves to work with our customers in providing them unique solutions to their everyday problems and she will always deliver with a smile. Connie has a great combination of class and humor that she always brings to the table.

Through life’s experiences she is a strong and caring person, which are characteristics that she has instilled at The ADS Group.  Connie has a knack for building strong relationships with the employees and our customers at ADS and leading by example. She is always up to a challenge whether it is walking in the cold and rain for a fund raiser or tackling a new project here at The ADS Group, she is always determined to make a difference, and she does!
